Inner Journeys, offer a variety of massages to suit your personal
needs. Our staff will help create the perfect environment for your
ultimate relaxing experience by turning your ordinary hotel room into
an oasis of tranquility. If your lodging accommodations are not large
enough to house a massage table or two, let us know so we can arrange
for an alternative setting.
Mariposa is our
in-house therapist and has eight years of experience as a licensed
professional. She has an amazing ability to heal with her hands and
offers her gift of conscious touch to every treatment. She is also
blessed with a clear connection to her spirit guides and helpers and is
often given guidance and intuitive messages to aid in the healing
process. Mariposa works co-creatively with your innate wisdom to help
release stuck energy and bring your body back into balance through
restorative, healing touch.
All massages are
conducted privately and professionally, and all information will be
kept confidential. Mariposa is licensed in the states of Nebraska and
Arizona and is certified nationally. She carries full insurance for
massage therapists through the International Massage Association and is

we�ll incorporate a variety of strokes
and techniques such as deep tissue work, sports massage, and trigger
point therapy to broaden and lengthen tight, overworked muscles. This
will help alleviate tension in the muscles, release any painful trigger
points (knots) causing discomfort, and increase the supply of blood
flow to oxygenate the body. This massage is the perfect follow-up to a

this integrative therapy that combines all of the therapeutic benefits
of a classic massage with the healing, restorative benefits of energy
work. Each session begins with a prayer of intention, a clearing of
your energy field with ceremonial sage, and a connection to the sacred
to guide and support us on this healing journey. Various healing tools
and modalities will be incorporated into the treatment and may include
the use of hands-on-healing, sound, chakra balancing, crystals,
essential oils, flower essences, and color. Experience a deep state of

prices are subject to change and are based on "in-room" rates. If your
lodging does not provide ample space for a massage table, I will be
happy to arrange an alternative setting. If you feel inclined to add
gratuity, do so because you want to rather than feeling obligated. I
set my fees based on what I believe to be fair compensation. Anything
above that is a gift and will be appreciated as such!
