own unique theme to help you maximize your time and healing while on
your spiritual vacation to Sedona. You can experience these retreats in
one day or over the course of a few days if that is your preference.

A Sacred Day |
The Sacred Day retreat serves as a great way to honor your self on your
Sedona retreat by nurturing body, mind and soul. Your spiritual retreat
begins with a sacred walk that allows you to rejuvenate within the
healing energy of the Sedona landscape. You will then experience a
medicine wheel ceremony to connect you to the rhythms of nature and
will conclude with a spiritual healing energy session to replenish your
soul. The Sacred Day is a great way of helping you to connect to your
sacred self thus restoring harmony in your life. Allow the healing

The Ancient
Visions spiritual day retreat is an excellent way to introduce the
spirituality of Indigenous cultures into your life. You will be led on
a vision walk to teach you ways of incorporating shamanic principles
into your own spiritual practice. You will then be guided on a shamanic
journey by Cherokee Medicine Woman, Ayanvli Rick, to help you open up
to your own spiritual guidance. We will conclude with a tour on the
land sharing with you the local Indigenous history of the Sedona area.

your life you wish to focus upon. Lastly, we will finish with a
spiritual energy healing session that focuses on bringing the loving
energies of the angels into your life for the purposes of healing and
