Exploring Your Spiritual Toolbox Retreat

Experience yourself as a sacred channel and immerse yourself in the beauty and serenity of nature while exploring your own spiritual toolbox. This empowering retreat will be held on the tranquil grounds of the Alma De Sedona in sacred Sedona, Arizona, and will include guided nature treks within Sedona's healing vortex energy, healing ceremonies on the land, and simple, yet profound exercises to help you connect with Living Spirit and learn to manage your own energy.

The Spiritual Toolbox retreat is for anyone wishing to access their own direct line of communication with Divine Energy, regardless of religious or spiritual background. We believe that most of our problems today can be traced to our disconnection from our spirituality and inner truth. We have unknowingly given our spiritual power away to other people, and/or have been unable to discern our own spiritual truth because we doubt our ability to commune with Spirit. We have felt tired, lost, and empty for far too long and are willing to try another approach.

What you will learn is that this retreat isn't so much as an exploration on spiritual beliefs as it is an opportunity to learn simple, time-tested methods such as guided meditation, visualization, movement and ceremony to go beyond mental constructs and into direct, personal experience with spiritual energy. In this way, you are not practicing someone else's idea of spirituality but have learned to discover and live your own.

With an established spiritual connection and personal relationship with all living things, you will be able to work with a variety of spiritual guides and helpers to access spiritual guidance, become Self-aware, and receive unconditional love and support from Living Spirit at all times. Empower yourself to bring spirit into everything you do and live from a place of authentic knowing!

• Meditation & Visualization: using the power of the mind and imagination to learn how to go within and temporarily retreat from the busi-ness of everyday living.
• Alignment & Communication: learn simple techniques that allow you to become your own spiritual guru and open yourself to omnipresent spiritual guidance such as your Higher Self, angels, and ascended masters.
• Sacred space: Discover how to set up sacred space for personal ceremony whether you are indoors or out in nature through the use of sound, healing herbs, & sacred objects
• Ceremony & Prayer: Simple rituals to enhance your daily spiritual practice
• Energy: Learn simple techniques to work with energy such as grounding, centering, releasing and clearing to help you balance and harmonize your personal energy field
• Empowerment: Build confidence in yourself as a spiritual, intuitive being as you obtain your own information that is right and perfect for you

This is a rough outline of what to expect for your Exploring Your Spiritual Toolbox Retreat. Although we would like to keep it exact, sometimes Mother Nature has other plans. If any changes need to be made due to external circumstances allow us to do the freaking out for you (believe me -
we will). But seriously, any changes made will not alter the content or integrity of your retreat.

Friday: Breakfast at Alma (8-9am)

• Introduction, class overview, pass out journals
• Guided meditation w/Mariposa: grounding, centering, aligning with spirit, and calling in protection
• Muscle testing & Pendulums
• Lunch
• Introduction to breath work and using the breath to move energy
• On the land with Kurt: Bird to Spirit meditation
• Releasing ceremony

Saturday: Heart yoga w/opening heart meditation (7-8:00am)

• Breakfast at Alma (9-10am)
• Chakra balancing intro and guided meditation/visualization
• Spirit Painting
• Lunch
• Vision Walk on the land
• Basics of Shamanic journeying

Sunday: Breakfast at Alma

• Tour with ceremony to labyrinth and medicine wheel
• Connect to Angels, Higher Self, & Ascended Master Meditation
• Lunch
• Manifesting basics & Vision board creation
• Closing ceremony
